Cabbage with Carrots
Parts and pieces:
- 1 head of cabbage, sliced very thinly (1 small head)
- Grated or julienned carrots, two medium-sized carrots
- Either two tablespoons of butter or olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves (this step is optional).
- To taste, including salt and pepper
- Soy sauce, to taste, one tablespoon (optional).
- 1 milliliter of sesame oil (this is optional).
- You can garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, although this step is optional.
