Cheesy Baked Rice Delight!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 100 grams of cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions:
- Rinse and drain 1 cup of rice.
- In a pot, combine rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with 100g of cheese, 6 beaten eggs, and 1 cup of cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and set.
For the vegetable filling:
- Onion
- Carrot
- Celery sticks
- Zucchini
- Tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté diced onion, carrot, celery, zucchini, and tomato in a pan until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
