Instructions
- Season chicken:

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. - Cook mushrooms:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned (5–7 minutes). - Add garlic:
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. - Make sauce:
Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in cream, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper. - Combine:
Return chicken to pan and simmer for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and sauce thickens. - Serve:
