 Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

 Mushroom Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 3 cups mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream 🥛
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste

      Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

 Instructions

  1. Season chicken:
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken:
    Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook mushrooms:
    In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned (5–7 minutes).
  4. Add garlic:
    Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Make sauce:
    Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
    Stir in cream, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine:
    Return chicken to pan and simmer for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and sauce thickens.
  7. Serve:
    Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
