- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1–2 handfuls of baby spinach (washed)
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
INSTRUCTIONS
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet add the spinach and nut butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blender. The consistency should be thick and smooth.
- Serve and drink the smoothie immediately for the best taste!
