Easy Homemade Bread Recipe
If you have flour and water, you’re all set for this simple bread recipe!
Ingredients:
- 550g wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 400ml warm water
- 40ml vegetable oil
- 50g butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and dry yeast.
- Add warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest for 50-60 minutes, covered.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Shape the dough into buns.
- Brush the surface with water, dust with flour, and make shallow cuts.
- Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
