Ingredients:

  • 550g wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 400ml warm water
  • 40ml vegetable oil
  • 50g butter

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and dry yeast.
  2. Add warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest for 50-60 minutes, covered.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  5. Shape the dough into buns.
  6. Brush the surface with water, dust with flour, and make shallow cuts.
  7. Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
