Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • Salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Sunflower oil

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 25 ml water (0.84 fl oz)
  • 200 ml milk (6.76 fl oz)
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Pepperoni
  • 2 slices of cheese

Instructions:

Peeling and Cutting:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into desired shapes like wedges, cubes, or slices.

Coating the Potatoes:

  1. Pat the potato pieces dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes according to taste.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato pieces with cornstarch until they are evenly coated.

Frying the Potatoes:

  1. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated potato pieces into the pan.
  3. Fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
