- Baking tray 32x37cm

- 300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese
- 100g (1/2 cup) cream (33% fat)
- 30g (2 tbsp) sugar
- 100g raspberries
Instructions:
- Whip cream cheese, cream, and sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Let it set in the fridge for 4 hours.
