Ingredients:

  • For Meringue Dough:
  • 200g egg whites (4-5 eggs)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200g (1.5 cups) powdered sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
  • Baking tray 32x37cm

Instructions:

  1. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix gently.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a 32x37cm baking tray.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 302°F (150°C) for 35-40 minutes.

For Cream:

  • 300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese
  • 100g (1/2 cup) cream (33% fat)
  • 30g (2 tbsp) sugar
  • 100g raspberries
Instructions:
  1. Whip cream cheese, cream, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in raspberries.
  3. Let it set in the fridge for 4 hours.
