Ingredients and Instructions:
Baked Ground Beef and Cabbage:
1. Cut an onion and season with salt, Italian herbs, nutmeg, black pepper, paprika, and 2 cloves of garlic. Mix well.
2. Chop green onion and dill. Add 5-6 tablespoons of white yogurt and 2 teaspoons of tomato paste.
3. Place cabbage on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, season with salt and black pepper.
4. Spread the seasoned ground beef over the cabbage.
5. Pour the sauce over the ground beef.
6. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes.
Parmesan Potatoes:
1. Cut 3 potatoes into pieces.
2. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, 2 cloves of garlic, and 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle 60g of grated Parmesan over half of the potatoes.
5. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
6. Chop parsley and add 2 halves of Parmesan cheese.
7. Mix and enjoy the aroma!
