- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Cream Layer (Optional but recommended):
- 1 cup whipped cream (or fresh cream whipped)
Topping:
- Crushed biscuits
- Powdered sugar (light dusting)
- Banana slices
Instructions
1. Make the Custard
- In a bowl, mix custard powder with a little milk to form a smooth paste
- Heat remaining milk in a pan
- Add sugar and stir
- Pour in custard mixture and cook until thick
- Add vanilla extract and let it cool
2. Prepare Biscuits
- Crush biscuits into small crumbs (not too fine for texture)
3. Assemble the Dessert
In serving glasses, layer like this:
- First layer: crushed biscuits
- Second layer: custard
- Third layer: banana slices
- Fourth layer: whipped cream
Repeat layers until glass is full
4. Final Topping
- Add crushed biscuits on top

5. Chill
