No-Bake Blueberry Banana Cheesecake

No-Bake Blueberry Banana Cheesecake

This no-bake blueberry banana cheesecake is a creamy, refreshing dessert made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Naturally sweetened with fruit and requiring no oven, it’s the perfect guilt-free treat for warm days or whenever you’re craving something light yet satisfying.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1½ cups thick yogurt (Greek yogurt preferred)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup crushed biscuits or oats
3 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

Start by preparing the base. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits or oats with melted butter or coconut oil until the texture resembles damp crumbs. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined pan to form an even crust. Place it in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes to set.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Add the ripe bananas, yogurt, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and lump-free. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

Once the base has firmed up, pour half of the creamy banana mixture over it. Spread evenly. Add a layer of blueberries, then gently pour the remaining mixture on top. You can swirl a few extra blueberries into the top layer for a beautiful marbled effect.

Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set. For best results, leave it overnight to achieve a firmer texture that slices easily.

Once set, remove from the pan and slice into portions. Serve chilled and enjoy the soft, creamy texture combined with bursts of juicy blueberries.

Tips & Variations

For a firmer cheesecake, you can add a small amount of gelatin or agar-agar to the blended mixture. If you prefer a crunchier base, use digestive biscuits or granola instead of oats.

You can also experiment with other fruits like strawberries, mango, or raspberries for different flavors. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, keeping them covered to maintain freshness.

This easy, no-bake dessert is not only delicious but also a healthier alternative to traditional cheesecakes—perfect for sharing with family and friends.
