No-Bake Chocolate Nutella Roll
Ingredients:
- 350g cookies  
- 150g melted butter  
- 150g Nutella, slightly heated  
- 3-4 tbsp warm milk/cream  
- 250ml cold cream (33-34%)  
- 100g powdered sugar  
- 100g coconut flakes  
- 1-2 bananas  
- 50g cold cream + 1/2 tsp instant gelatin  
- 80g white chocolate  
- 60g cold cream + 1/2 tsp instant gelatin  
- 100g dark chocolate

- Crush cookies  , mix with melted butter , mix with melted butter . .
- Press into a roll shape, refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Whip cold cream  and powdered sugar and powdered sugar until stiff. until stiff.
- Spread over the cookie base, add coconut  and banana and banana . .
- Roll it up, refrigerate for 30-40 mins.
- Mix 50g cream and gelatin  ; let stand for 5 mins. ; let stand for 5 mins.
- Heat white chocolate  with gelatin, cool for 5 mins. with gelatin, cool for 5 mins.
- Mix 60g cream and gelatin  , heat dark chocolate , heat dark chocolate with gelatin. with gelatin.
- Coat the roll in chocolate, refrigerate 10 mins.
- Remove cling film, serve chilled!
