Quick and Easy Everyday Pie

Ingredients:
For the Pie:
– 4 eggs
– A pinch of salt
– 200g sugar
– 120ml vegetable oil
– 120ml kefir
– 300g flour
– 8g baking powder
For the Filling:
– 300g cottage cheese
– 3 tbsp powdered sugar
– 1 egg
For Baking:
– Pie pan with a diameter of 30-20 cm
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs with a pinch of salt until well combined.
3. Gradually add 200g of sugar while continuing to mix.
4. Pour in 120ml of vegetable oil and 120ml of kefir. Mix until smooth.
5. Sift in 300g of flour and add 8g of baking powder. Stir until the batter is well mixed and smooth.
6. In a separate bowl, prepare the filling by combining 300g of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp of powdered sugar, and 1 egg. Mix until creamy.
7. Grease your pie pan with a bit of oil or butter.
8. Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
9. Add the cottage cheese filling on top of the first layer of batter.
10. Pour the remaining batter over the filling, spreading it out to cover the filling completely.
11. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
