Quick and Incredibly Delicious Everyday Cake Recipe
This cake is so good, you’ll want to make it every day! And it only takes 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 3 medium eggs
- 8g vanilla sugar or 1 sachet of vanillin
- Pinch of salt
- 150g sugar
- 120ml sunflower oil
- 150g vanilla yogurt
- 15g baking powder
- 290g all-purpose flour
- Marmalade for filling
- Mold: 28×19 cm
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a 28×19 cm mold.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add sugar, sunflower oil, and vanilla yogurt while whisking.
- Sift in the baking powder and flour, then mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared mold.
- Add a layer of marmalade on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the marmalade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
