📝 Ingredients:

  • 500g/1 pound Beef 🥩
  • 1 tsp Baking soda 🧁
  • 1 Onion 🧅
  • 1 tbsp Butter 🧈
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper 🌶️
  • 1/2 Green bell pepper 🌶️
Sauce:
  • 1 big clove garlic or 2 small 🧄
  • 1 tsp salt 🧂
  • 1 tsp sugar 🍬
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 🌶️
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes 🌶️
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 🍇
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil 🫒
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce 🌶️

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cut beef into thin slices, mix with baking soda, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté until tender. Remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add beef, salt, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until beef is tender.
  5. Return the sautéed vegetables to the pan.
  6. Add balsamic vinegar and chili sauce. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
