Quick and Tender Beef Delight

Ingredients:
- 500g/1 pound Beef
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Green bell pepper
Sauce:
- 1 big clove garlic or 2 small
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
Instructions:
- Cut beef into thin slices, mix with baking soda, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
- Heat butter in a pan, add sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté until tender. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef, salt, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until beef is tender.
- Return the sautéed vegetables to the pan.
- Add balsamic vinegar and chili sauce. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy the tenderness!
