Quick & Delicious Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
- 4.5 ounces all-purpose flour (120 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces butter (70 grams)
- 3 fluid ounces water (90 milliliters)
- 3.5 ounces cheese (100 grams)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour , baking powder , and salt .
- Add the butter and rub it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Gradually add water and knead until you have a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Grate the cheese evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly, forming a log.
- Slice the log into equal portions and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
