These homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars are a sweet and indulgent dessert that tastes exactly like the original confectionery, but much better! With a thick peanut butter center and a chocolate covering, they’re ideal for holiday celebrations or any time you want something sweet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar.
  • 1 cup peanut butter.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • One (11-ounce) package of milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

Make the peanut butter mixture:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Prepare the bars:

  • Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan and spread evenly.

Melt the chocolate.

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, using 50% power. Stir the chocolate until it’s smooth and completely melted.

Top with chocolate.

  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly with a spatula.

Chill and set.

  • Put the pan in the fridge for approximately an hour to let the bars set and the chocolate firm up.

Cut and serve.

  • Once the bars have cooled and set, cut them into squares to serve.
  • Enjoy these wonderful no-bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Bars!
