Reese’s Peanut Butter No Bake Bars
These homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars are a sweet and indulgent dessert that tastes exactly like the original confectionery, but much better! With a thick peanut butter center and a chocolate covering, they’re ideal for holiday celebrations or any time you want something sweet.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar.
- 1 cup peanut butter.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- One (11-ounce) package of milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Make the peanut butter mixture:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Prepare the bars:
- Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan and spread evenly.
Melt the chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, using 50% power. Stir the chocolate until it’s smooth and completely melted.
Top with chocolate.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly with a spatula.
Chill and set.
- Put the pan in the fridge for approximately an hour to let the bars set and the chocolate firm up.
Cut and serve.
- Once the bars have cooled and set, cut them into squares to serve.
