Rolls of cheeseburger eggs in an air fryer
Components:
Regarding the Filling:
- Half a pound of ground beef
- Half a cup of chopped onions
- Half a cup of chopped pickles
- Half a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of mustard
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
To Assemble:
- Wrappers for egg rolls
- Oil or cooking spray for the air fryer
Directions:
- Make the Filling: Brown and thoroughly cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any extra fat.
- When the steak is done, add the diced onions and simmer until they are transparent.
- After taking the skillet off of the burner, add the mustard, ketchup, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped pickles. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Mix thoroughly to blend.
- To assemble the egg rolls, place a diamond-shaped egg roll wrapper in front of you, with one corner facing you.
- In the middle of the wrapper, put a dollop of the cheeseburger filling.
- Fold the bottom corner up over the filling to roll the egg rolls.
- After folding in the edges, firmly roll up the wrapper and use a dab of water to seal the top corner.
- Set your air fryer’s temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Air Fry the Egg Rolls: Lightly spray cooking spray or oil in the air fryer basket.
- Make sure the egg rolls do not come into contact with one another when you arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve the cheeseburger egg rolls by taking them out of the air fryer and allowing them to cool for a minute.
- Serve with extra mustard, ketchup, or your preferred dipping sauces.
