Surprise No-Bake Tangerine Chocolate Dessert


For the Tangerine Layer:

  • 14g agar agar (0.5 oz)
  • 60g sugar (2.1 oz)
  • 1 liter milk (34 fl oz)
  • 5 tangerines 🍊

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 150ml milk (5.1 fl oz)
  • 130g dark chocolate (4.6 oz)
  • 40g sugar (1.4 oz)
  • 8g agar agar (0.3 oz)
  • 25g cocoa (0.9 oz)

For the Drink:

  • 25g Nutella (0.9 oz)
  • 100ml coffee (3.4 fl oz)
  • 300ml milk (10 fl oz)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Tangerine Layer:

  1. Peel the tangerines 🍊 and separate them into segments.
  2. Dissolve agar agar and sugar in milk over low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into serving glasses or molds.
  4. Place tangerine segments on top and refrigerate until set.

Chocolate Layer:

  1. In another saucepan, combine milk, dark chocolate, sugar, agar agar, and cocoa.
  2. Heat and stir until everything is melted and the mixture thickens.
  3. Carefully pour this chocolate layer over the set tangerine layer.
  4. Refrigerate until it sets.


  1.  In a saucepan, combine Nutella, coffee, and milk. Heat while stirring until well mixed.
  2. Pour the Nutella coffee into cups.
