The sure-fire carrot cake that beats all others!
INGRIANTS
220 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
250 ml oil, neutral
4 eggs
200 g almonds, ground
Fat for the mold
400 g carrots, grated
220 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
- Simply mix the eggs, sugar, oil and cinnamon with the mixer. Add the carrots and almonds.
- Then mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into a greased Bundt cake pan or 26 cm springform pan.
- Then bake in a hot oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 – 50 minutes.
- You should do a toothpick test and take into account your experience with your own oven.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar. After baking, let the cake cool and enjoy.
