1½ cups cooked & shredded or grilled chicken
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ small red onion (thinly sliced)
½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
¼ cup Kalamata olives (sliced)
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 small cucumber (grated & squeezed dry)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley or dill
Extra tzatziki sauce
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside to preheat.
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, toss the cooked chicken with oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
Assemble the Pizza:
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
