 Ingredients

 Crab Layer

 Avocado Layer

 Lime-Cilantro Vinaigrette

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Instructions

  1. Prepare crab mixture:
    In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayo (or yogurt), mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Chill.
  2. Prepare avocado layer:

  3. Prepare mango mixture:
