Ingredients:
  • 180g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 130g sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5g vanillin
  • 310g flour
  • 350g jam/jelly

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 180g of butter (at room temperature) and 130g of sugar. Mix until creamy.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1.5g of vanillin to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix well.
  3. Beat in 1 egg until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add 310g of flour to the mixture. Mix until the dough comes together and forms a ball.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  6. Roll out the first part of the dough into a thin layer and place it in a greased baking dish or tray.
