Ingredients:
- 30g Butter
- 40-50g Dates
- 1 Egg White
- 85g Coconut Flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky paste.
- In a bowl, combine the date paste with butter, egg white, and coconut flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Form small cookie rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
