Spinach & Cheese Potato Fritters
Description
Spinach & Cheese Potato Fritters are crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and packed with savoury flavour. Made with mashed or grated potatoes, fresh spinach, and melty cheese, these fritters are pan-fried to golden perfection. They make a delicious snack, appetizer, or light meal and pair wonderfully with dips like sour cream or yogurt sauce.

- 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed or grated)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (finely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
