– 200g room temperature butter 🧈
Instructions:
1. Mix flour and salt, then cut in chilled butter until crumbly.
2. Add egg, vinegar, and water. Mix until dough forms.
3. Chill dough, then roll it out for your crust.
4. For the filling, mix condensed milk, eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, and milk.
5. Cook on low heat until thick, let it cool.
6. Beat room temperature butter until fluffy, then add cooled filling.
