Basis:

  1. 80 g oat flakes
  2. 100 g of raisins
  3. 80 g of walnuts
  4. 100 g of dried apricots
  5. 1 banana

Glaze:

  1. 160 g dark chocolate without sugar
  2. 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
HOW TO MAKE Healthy Energy Bars
1. Mix the Goodness:

Start by taking a bowl and combining the 80g of oat flakes with 100g of raisins, 80g of chopped walnuts, 100g of chopped dried apricots, and the mashed banana. Mix these ingredients together to create a delightful mixture.

2. Shape and Prepare:

Take a tray and line it with baking paper. Place a 25 x 15 cm form on the tray, then spread the mixture evenly into it, using a spatula to smooth it out.

3. Bake to Perfection:

Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake the mixture in the tray for about 20 minutes. This will give your energy bars a deliciously golden and crispy texture.
