- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (60 ml)
- 1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 cups of flour (600 grams) + additional 30-50 grams for working with the dough
- 100 grams butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- Add vegetable oil, warm milk, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in the flour until the dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
