  • 1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 cups of flour (600 grams) + additional 30-50 grams for working with the dough
  • 100 grams butter

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add vegetable oil, warm milk, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour until the dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  7. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into rolls.
