Tips for the Best Steak Pasta

Let the steak rest at room temp for 30 minutes before cooking for an even sear.

Use a hot pan to achieve a caramelized crust on the steak.

Deglaze the pan with broth or wine for extra flavor.

Swap proteins by using shrimp or chicken instead of steak.
